The Bordeaux wine Cru Cantemerle is very old, as it is borne out by historical references from 1868. The vineyard, located north of Bordeaux, benefits from a micro-climate ideal for producing quality grapes. To protect this terroir, integrated pest management, with application of the “Pivert/Terra-Vitis” quality charter, which is very respectful of the environment, is now practiced in the vineyard.
